Halo-Halo

Halo-halo is the ultimate summertime menace in the Philippines. The 
refreshing delicacy, whose name means "mix-mix" in Tagalog, mixes shaved ice 
and condensed milk on top of a variety of toppings for a finished product with 
various textures, from chewy to crunchy, creamy to sticky.
