Welcome to Puhon!

We are the Puhon's working group established on January 24, 2022. The group is currently composed of eight (8) individuals from Accountancy, Business, and Management (ABM) strand at Cabuyao Institute of Technology (CI-Tech), specifically graduating learners at the 12th level.

What Does Puhon Mean?

In God's Time. Puhon is a Cebuano term derived from the optimistic or positive nature of natives of Cebu and usually used by people to express their hopes and aspirations, believing in the God's perfect timing. The hopeful persona aligned with the term "Puhon" ensures people of the God's grace and timing, no race nor competition, just God's perfect timing - assuring that in God's time, it'll be our time.

How Was the Group Established?

On January 23, 2022, the founders of Puhon conducted a zoom meeting. focused on individual business proposals of the members which are discussed through the use of powerpoint presentation. Later on, after the discussion of eight business proposals, the group created an anonymous voting system - resulting for the origin of Puhon, an idea proposed by Ms. Bea Mari Dimaandal.

Why the Group Exist? For what?

Puhon's working team founded with an aim to put into practice the essence of the term "Puhon" that in God's time, it'll be our time, time for the Filipinos to promote Filipino drinks, delicacies, and culture nationwide and worldwide - a reminder that Filipino culture is vibrant and fascinating. Thus, to serve the low-to-upper-middle income earners, as despite the Filipino's economic situation and the large population's purchasing power is low...
